For the Woman Who Looks Like She Has It All Together (But Feels Like She’s Falling Apart)

Most of the women I work with don’t look like they’re struggling. They've read the self-help books, they listen to affirmations, they are successfully paying their bills and making sure their kids get to basketball practice, (or hockey if you're like me)- and on the surface, everything looks fine.

But when they reach out to me, they let me know that sometimes their stress keeps them up at night.

Sometimes, they become so overwhelmed, they hide in a bathroom and cry.

Sometimes, they feel so distracted from the things that really matter to them.. like their kids, or their jobs, or their marriages, or their friendships... that even when they are physically present- their mind is elsewhere.

And girl... I get it.

I understand what it's like to be a high-achieving woman struggling with perfectionism. You put all this pressure on yourself to be the best mother, employer, boss, wife, friend.. and it leaves you running on empty. Rather than living your life, you feel like you're always in competition with yourself and no matter how much you push- you feel like you're not doing enough.

Recognizing this pattern (in my own life and in the lives of so many women) is exactly what led me to specialize in this work. Whether you struggle with feelings of shame, generational trauma, perfectionism, or codependency... These emotional patterns which shape our behavior can be changed... with the right support.

And that's why I'm here.

I committed my career to helping high-achieving women break patterns of shame, over-functioning, and self-doubt. I help women regulate their nervous systems, set healthy boundaries and learn to trust themselves again. I know that therapy is most effective when it's collaborative- so I don't offer one-size-fits all approaches. I know that real, lasting change comes from being truly seen, heard, and acknowledged, without judgment... and within the context of an attuned relationship.

If you’re tired of holding it all together alone, you don’t have to keep doing it that way.
